SUMMARY:Featured Reader Crystal AC Salas Followed by Open-Mic
DESCRIPTION:Featured readers Crystal AC Salas and Nicholas Reiner read from their work followed by an Open-mic.\n\n\nJoin us In-Person and Online with Featured Readers Crystal Salas & Nicholas Reiner with Open-Mic to follow. \nTo Join us Online\, via Zoom\, visit our website and click the ‘Join the Zoom Event’ button. \nwww.wordsoutloud.org.uk/open-mic \nCrystal Salas’ collection Of Grief Logic drew these comments from Poetry Judge Emma Trelles: \nThese poems read and sometimes physically appear like a sprawling Latinx pillowbook\, filled with the intimate and honest particulars of family and what it means to navigate language\, landscape\, and girl/woman/hood. This chapbook is all heart\, image\, and sound — and then some.” \n\n\n\nOf Nicholas Reiner’s Levitations\, judge Emma Trelles said: “Equal parts lament\, memoir\, and lyric\, this chapbook is written in a wholly original voice that is as accomplished as it is precise. Each poem reveals another sharply crafted layer of memory and observation — whether about family\, chess\, death\, or how remembering is a way of keeping love intact.”

SUMMARY:Featured Reader CW Blackburn + Open-Mic on Zoom
DESCRIPTION:Join us In-Person and Online with Featured Reader CW Blackburn & Open-Mic to follow. \nTo Join us Online\, via Zoom\, visit our website and click the ‘Join the Zoom Event’ button. \nC.W. Blackburn is a mystic poet who released his first collection\, ‘Where Words Are Yet To Be Spoken: Poems for Presence’\, at the beginning of 2022. He’s concluding his first year of self-publishing in November with ‘The Gospel of Silence: Poems for the Living One’\, a collection based around the concept of spiritual rebirth and the Second Coming. He self-publishes under his printing label\, Sundara Poetry Press\, and his books are available to buy in paperback through all Amazon sites worldwide. \nhttps://sundarapoetry.wixsite.com/home \n \n JOIN THE ZOOM EVENT
